Expectations are building for Ripple Swell 2025, the company’s flagship conference scheduled for November 4-5 in Up-to-date York, with a welcome reception to be held on November 3. This year’s edition takes place in a growing context institutional adoption of cryptocurrenciesand Ripple offers some of the best in the world powerful financial names on the scene.
For the first time, the event will feature a wide range of speakers from the White House and major time-honored financial institutions, including BlackRock, Nasdaq, Bloomberg and Citi.

Ripple’s 2025 Swell event is proving packed with the biggest lineup to date. Ripple has confirmed that the Swell 2025 edition will host top executives from some of the biggest names in both the cryptocurrency and time-honored finance industries.
Notable names include Maxwell Stein, BlackRock’s chief digital officer; Adena Friedman, CEO of Nasdaq; Sandy Kaul, chief innovation officer at Franklin Templeton; and Hunter Horsley, CEO of Bitwise Asset Management.
Other confirmed participants include senior representatives from Citi, Fidelity, JPMorgan Chase, Mastercard, CME Group, Moody’s, State Street, DBS Bank, Bloomberg and Société Générale.
This list of names is the strongest representation of time-honored finance in Swell’s eight-year history. Each of these executives brings deep institutional experience in asset management, banking and capital markets, areas that currently include tokenization, digital payments and blockchain settlements, and where Ripple aims to become a major player.

No one wants to be left behind in the blockchain/crypto movement. Discussions are therefore expected to focus on how these institutions prepare to integrate blockchain-based systems into global finance, particularly for cross-border transactions, stablecoin infrastructure and regulated digital asset investment products.
Followers will also be on the lookout for major Ripple announcements on Swell such as up-to-date partnerships, up-to-date tokenization offerings, developments regarding Ripple’s RLUSD, institutional partnerships and perhaps some launch information Find XRP ETFs in the US.

Representing the White House at the Swell 2025 conference
Adding a up-to-date dimension to this year’s event is the confirmed participation of Patrick J. Witt, executive director of the President’s Council of Advisors on Digital Assets (PCADA). Witt, who serves directly under the White House, will perform for the first time at Ripple Swell, marking the first time in the event’s history since 2018 that a U.S. government official joined the speaker lineup.
The inclusion of the White House’s voice at Swell 2025 raises the conference’s profile beyond the crypto community. It also shows the crypto-positive approach of the current US administration.
