The Ethereum Foundation has published a road map to introduce comprehensive privacy functions to Ethereum Network, an smart blockchain Layer-1 contract (L1), and changed the brand of the initiative “Explorations Privacy and Scaling” to “Privacy of Stewards of Ethereum” (PSE).
PSE said that it aims to introduce privacy solutions to the protocol, infrastructure, network, applications and portfolio layers on Friday announcementAnd he presented several key goals for the next 3-6 months.
They included enabling private transfers by developing the Plasmafold Layer-2 network, confidential voting and privacy in decentralized financial applications (DEFI).
The road map also proposed a study of the post-transmission personal data bypasses via Call Call Call (RPC) and private identity solutions through zero-many evidence (ZK), the method of verification of information without disclosing the specific content of this information. PSE presented his mission:
“Ethereum deserves to become a basic infrastructure for global digital trade, identity, cooperation and internet values. But this potential is impossible without private data, transactions and identity. We are responsible at the Ethereum Foundation for ensuring privacy goals in the application layer.
“We will cooperate with the protocol teams to ensure that the L1 changes needed in order to enable a strong-resistant privacy resistant to free from indirect”-the advertisement was constituted.
Privacy has always been the basis of the Cypherpunk ethos that revived cryptocurrencies, and because the cryptographic is gaining widespread acceptance and attention of governments, the cryptographic community is increasingly concerned about the development of digital methods of financial supervision.

The US government proposes to control government identity for DEFI
US government officials are currently thinking about the regulations regarding the cryptographic industry and markets that include potential supervisory measures to track participants’ activities.
The Department of the Treasury of the United States, headed by secretary Scott Bessent, studies proposals to add government identity control to intelligent contracts that attracted the reaction of the cryptographic community.
Co -founder of Ethereum Vitalik Buterin repeatedly repeated that privacy is an indispensable human law. In April, Buterin warned that transparency is a mistake rather than a function in the digital era.
Buterin said that privacy was needed to protect individuals during the growing state power and large, centralized corporations.
