The Ethereum Foundation (EF), the NON -ProROFIT organization supporting the Ethereum ecosystem, announced the creation of an external advisory group dealing with the main values of the blockchain network.
February 28, foundation introduced “Silviculture Society”, a collection of people outside EF. It was found that the group would provide an informal adviser and strives for “(dark or other) forests in the infinite Ethereum garden”.
The Non -Profit organization said that the group will work on Ethereum maintaining its basic values of Open Source, privacy, security and censorship. EF said that the success of the network depends on having involved programmers who are building for these values.
EF marked 15 people who were part of the council, including scientists, programmers and project founders.

Vitalik Buterin criticizes the moral change of crypto
The formation of an external advisory group has recently criticized moral change of the cryptographic industry towards gambling towards gambling.
On February 20, Buterin was asked to share his frustrations with the industry last year. The co -founder of Ethereum replied that one of his disappointments was the reaction against Ethereum for not covering blockchain based casinos.
Buterin said that Ethereum was marked as “bad and intolerant” because he did not respect enough “casinos”, while other chains were seen as better because yes. Co -founder Ethereum said that if the community reverses its values, he would not be interested in participating in space.
He said, however, that when he got involved with members of the offline community, the sentiments differed, reassuring him that the values of the space remained intact.

Ethereum Foundation promises $ 1.25 million to the Tornado cash developer
Maintaining the values of Open Source, EF recently promised over $ 1 million to legal defense of the developer Tornado Cash Alexey Pertsev. On February 26, EF announced a donation, saying that privacy is normal and that the writing code is not a crime.
Pertsev reacted to the organization, thanking them for transferring a significant donation to his defense. The developer said he was focusing on preparing his charm and that the donation “means the world for him.”
